I ordered an electric shaver from this vendor. After several days, I received tracking information indicating that a shipping label had been created but the shipment hadn't yet been delivered to the USPS. After several days, I wrote them to request a refund. They replied by offering me a discount for future purchases. Today, I recieved notice they've shipped it to me after I purchased another shaver from a different vendor. Now, I am fighting a battle to get a refunc.
