Firstly they stipulate you have to use DHL, and the cheapest return was over £20. Secondly 4 weeks later I have not received the refund. Once I contacted my card provider and gave them the details of the case, the card provider immediately credited the amount to my account. This outfit is quite a sham- e mail and phone numbers on web site do not work. DO NOT use them. Buy elsewhere.
