After making an online payment of of £259.61 on 21/10/2024 for a vacuum cleaner, I received a vastly inferior product. The phone number provided was based in Munich. Nobody answered. This company is SCAMMING. I bought the vacuum cleaner after consulting positive reviews (of the purchasing experience reviews on Trustpilot UK !!!! Go to the Dutch and German sites BEFORE you buy. Better still buy from a shop. It's now 11/02/2025 I still have not got my money back.
