I went to order a cordless vacuum and saw there was a discount. I accidentally hit order without entering the discount code so immediately went back and reordered with the code. I tried stopping the 1st order and was emailed saying they would try. Sure enough 2 were delivered. I opened the one I ordered with the lower price and have been trying to return the other ever since. They tell you to email for a refund but just email you back with an offer I am not interested in. You can not contact anyone and I am being ignored. They have a return policy like it’s an option! Ha! Jerks. I am not done trying though.
