Purchased an Electric shaver a couple of weeks ago from Snapbuy but when I received it I could see that it was not powerful enough so I decided to apply for a return and refund. I went through their returns portal and got a reply email to say that another email will be sent to me with instructions on where and how to send it. I have never received the instructions. I have tried to contact them by phone and so many emails non of which got replies so it appears that we have a company in the UK that Trading Standards should know about. They trade as a Limited company so it might worth an investigation into them. So now I am out of pocket. Please read all the negative reviews because you will find there is no support if things go wrong.
