Snap buy took my order but sent me a the wrong product. Possibly on purpose, as they sent me an email that there would be delays due to inventory issues. The only contact is via email, or a call to Germany. The email is just triggers boilerplate response, and clearly there is no human input. Refund requires that I send the product back at my own expense. Repeated emails have returned the same canned responses.
