I purchased a vaccum cleaner from this company and the unit arrived in the stated time, I wanted to purchase a spare battery and some filters and I sent an email via the website but received no response , I have sent a further 2 emails and still no response so I have concerns about this companys customer support claims which I believe are disingenuous. I would not reccomend this company because of this.
