Faults and silence.

Having read a review of a vacuum cleaner I ordered it from Snapbuy. The wrong item was delivered. I emailed them, filled in The return item form and tried calling. The phone line was in Germany and all in German. Having received no response I reported the issue to PayPal. I was then offered the opportunity to return the item with a refund. This cost me £6.50. I requested a refund as the error was theirs. I have heard nothing am not hopeful so I will never use them again.
