The only thing that lets them down is that they use Amazon for delivering larger prints, or at least they do where l live, and as someone who consciously tries to avoid using them, it's an irritation - plus they delivered my last poster print to the wrong address. The company itself is fine, quick delivery, good quality and would recommend, it's just a personal thing
I have been using Snapfish for over 10 years now and have always found it easy to navigate. I generally create a year book and prints and order when there is an offer on. Once ordered my photo book arrives quickly and I am always pleased with how my creation looks good in print. At times I wish there were more template options and the font chosen could be allocated to each page like the background can.
great stuff very easy to use there site i have got a few calendars etc from them and everyone always asks "who did that for you"
i will be using them again as there prices are very reasonable and quick delivery and good quality
I've been using Snapfish for 20 years and can't believe that a simple magnet order can be so difficult.
I'm now on the 8th attempt for the magnets I ordered, to not arrived scratched and with rub marks on them, where they just put them all loose in a jiffy bag. Obviously they are going to move around in the post and mark each other. Spoken to people on the chat and had emails the next day saying that the magnets would go through better quality checks and be packaged better or that they would speak to the lab manager etc etc. But every time they have arrived damaged and packed the same as all the other times. So clearly the messages from the people on the email or chat don't go anywhere near the manufacture factory.
This has now been going on since the 4th January. Maybe by Christmas they will figure out the very difficult job of packing magnets in a jiffy bag.....!!!
Snapfish produced a perfect photographic board book for my Granddaughter in California which was loved by all!

I ordered a Premium Berber Fleece Photo Blanket (80x60") from Snapfish and couldn’t be happier with the result. The blanket was incredibly soft, beautifully made, and felt very high quality. It was a birthday present for my mum, printed with photos of our children, and it turned out absolutely stunning.
She loved it and keeps sending photos of the blanket to her friends, which says it all. The production speed was also impressive - Snapfish made the blanket in just one business day, and it arrived two days earlier than the advertised delivery date.
Fantastic quality, fast turnaround, and a genuinely special gift. I would highly recommend Snapfish and will definitely be ordering again.
Terrible service and company. I placed an order for some photos for a family birthday and they never arrived. When I login there is no record of my order, yet I received a confirmation email and order number. Furthermore, the money came of my bank for the order. I will never use to company again, and I strongly recommend potential customers go elsewhere for their photos!!!!
A wonderful little book, though, as mentioned by someone else, the order is mixed up. I also didn’t edit one photo (my mistake), so the phone details are visible. I've used the service frequently and intend to continue using it…just a heads-up that what you upload is what you receive – it's a bit frustrating that one photo appears off…machines lack the intuition to catch errors, and neither did I! 😫
