I immediately tried to cancel, but the sales rep encouraged me to complete the onboarding call first, again assuring me I could still cancel within seven days for a full refund.After the onboarding call, I reiterated that the platform was not a fit and requested cancellation. I sent multiple emails to support and called the 1-800 number, where I was told my requests were received but couldn’t be handled by phone, but the refund was in process.Then, on the eighth day, I received an email stating they would not refund my money and that I was locked into a one-year contract.
