Very poor. I bought several items as a Christmas gift. A canvas print was noticeably not aliged properly.
When I contacted them a week before Xmas, I was given a choice for refund or replacement, so I selected replacement even though it would have been late. It never arrived. I chased in mid Jan and asked for a refund.
So the quality checks are very poor or non existent and the customer care is also poor.
I have used many other print sites with no issues, but this was my fist with Snapfish and will be my last.
