I regret leaving a negative review, as the staff were undoubtedly kind and polite. However, I felt that my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of, resulting in a hefty charge: £65 for a simple scan and minor cropping of a standard photograph from the 1990s. I acknowledge my own responsibility in accepting the price, partly due to urgency, but in hindsight, the cost seems clearly disproportionate to the service provided. After discussing this with friends and professionals, this impression was reinforced. Additionally, I was initially told the finished product would be ready in the afternoon. When I asked for earlier delivery, I was informed it would require an additional charge. Nonetheless, I received the email with the final product at 10:00 a.m., even though I had entered the shop at 9:30 a.m. Overall, this experience left me feeling misled and overcharged. Despite the staff's friendliness, the shop has unfortunately lost a potential customer.
