Anyway when she was in there the lady that served her was on the phone on single earbud whilst serving her. Whist I don't mind what she does she seemed to Rush my wife and it ended up when she got home she wasn't happy with the photos.She did ask for a receipt to be emailed although it never came. The only other thing is she was charged £24.99 whilst I think that is expensive if that the cost then so be it but when she was in there another lady came and was quoted £18.00 for passport photos so if you could please let me know why we were charged £24.99.. My wife doesn't like to make a fuss so didn't say anything in the shop.I just wondered if there was anything you wanted to do to make her happy.FYI we both got passport photos at your Wood Green store and the service there was amazing on two separate occasions.My number should you wish to talk about it is 020 7105 6028.
