I called at their Swiss Cottage branch, London NW3, and asked for help in uploading a document on my mobile. It couldn't have been done on a PC. The staff member (manager?) who helped me was very obliging and patient. I hadn't worked out how to perform the operation but, from the way he did it, I realised it was child's play.
