The product and service are disappointing - the Powerpack Slim 2 doesn’t display battery percentage, making it quite impractical. They claimed there were multiple LED indicators showing 25% increments, which was inaccurate. To return the product, they charge $9.95, and after submitting a claim, you have to wait for them to provide return instructions. Very poor customer service from a local company; I wouldn’t recommend them.
