Great Travel Power Bank

The 6 in 1 travel power bank is excellent, equipped with various adapters, which is perfect for international travel. However, the battery life is somewhat disappointing, lasting just over one full charge. I expected a little more, but overall, it’s a solid product!

I really enjoy these products! I've purchased several items and use them all. No more hassle of carrying numerous charging cables, keeping it simple. The website is easy to navigate, and the helpful 'how to' videos are a plus. I just ordered the car charger, and I’m excited to install it!

If I could give this company a lower rating, I certainly would. Don't waste your time. Their focus seems solely on marketing, as I have neither received my items nor a refund. It's been nearly three weeks. This feels like a scam.

Concerns About Promotions

While their products are decent, I have concerns regarding their website promotions. I’ve participated in several without winning anything. Today, they advertised a Black Friday sale claiming the first ten orders would get a refund. I set an alarm and ordered just two minutes after the launch. I contacted them via social media, and they confirmed my order timing, but hours have passed without any contact from them. These promotions seem misleading, and it’s disappointing to see a local business potentially treating local consumers unfairly.

Subpar Product and Service

The product and service are disappointing - the Powerpack Slim 2 doesn’t display battery percentage, making it quite impractical. They claimed there were multiple LED indicators showing 25% increments, which was inaccurate. To return the product, they charge $9.95, and after submitting a claim, you have to wait for them to provide return instructions. Very poor customer service from a local company; I wouldn’t recommend them.
