I had a very disappointing experience with Snap Wireless. My order was marked as delivered according to Australia Post, yet I never received the parcel.
I made several attempts to contact their support team but received no meaningful response. The only interaction available was through an automated chat assistant (“Sera”), which was unable to locate my order even after I provided the tracking number and my email address.
What makes this situation particularly frustrating is that I have all the confirmation emails from Snap Wireless, Australia Post, and Shop verifying that the order was successfully placed and processed.
Overall, the lack of customer support and accountability has made this a highly unsatisfactory experience. I would expect a much higher standard of service, especially when dealing with missing orders.
