Extremely poor customer support. I received no replies to my inquiries, except for one vague response on social media asking for patience. If you submit multiple requests, you get pushed to the bottom of the queue. I faced a similar issue as another reviewer who got blocked from their social media page. After expressing my frustration and mentioning contacting my bank, they blocked me. They made no effort to resolve my issue. There are many other companies to consider for tea purchases, and this one is not recommended.
