Extremely poor customer support. I received no replies to my inquiries, except for one vague response on social media asking for patience. If you submit multiple requests, you get pushed to the bottom of the queue. I faced a similar issue as another reviewer who got blocked from their social media page. After expressing my frustration and mentioning contacting my bank, they blocked me. They made no effort to resolve my issue. There are many other companies to consider for tea purchases, and this one is not recommended.
Concerns about product safety. This product is only packaged for the company and not produced by them, raising questions about the source of the ingredients. Many countries still use agricultural products that may be harmful. In my opinion, there are better quality options available.
These herbal teas lack flavor! I commented on social media, but my comment was quickly removed, and I was blocked from viewing their site. They seem to not tolerate negative feedback. While their site showcases many positive comments, I wonder if their staff is posting them. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing these herbal teas. The 'lavender lemonade' has no lemon flavor; it just tastes like lavender flowers, which is unpleasant. It's unfortunate they don't allow negative comments; it could help potential buyers make informed decisions. The colors of the teas are appealing, but the blandness is disappointing. I've tried nine sample packs and am relieved I didn't order more.
I bought several tea flavors based on their high ratings on the website. I found one flavor extremely bitter and wanted to leave a review. Despite completing all the fields, my submission failed. I was able to post a positive review for another tea without issue. However, I couldn't submit my honest one-star review for the bitter tea. I dislike this company's practice of not allowing negative reviews and will not be buying from them again.
Terrible customer service experience. Do not purchase. I never received my order, and there is no contact number. All I got were generic automated emails. I plan to share my experience widely to prevent others from being deceived.
