However, it later stated that only items intended for exchange could be returned. Which guideline should be followed? As a result, I ended up not receiving the promised gift, leaving me with a bittersweet feeling. Additionally, the delivery time displayed under the items is misleading. It claims 3-15 days, but it took over 20 days in reality. More accurate information would be appreciated. The item I intended as a Christmas gift didn't arrive until January.
