Sneak does a really good job at making shopping simple and convenient. The product descriptions and photos are clear, it’s easy to find what you’re looking for, and they make customers feel appreciated with little extras.
I am very, very satisfied with the product, the size is true to fit. The quality is excellent, but what lowers my rating in my eyes is the delivery… the delivery took quite a long time. In the online store it was written in very small text next to the product that it was out of stock and on order, which can take up to 15 buisness days. I didn’t notice that, but I am still very satisfied :)
I made an error on the size of my shoes. And it has been a week and i am still waiting for it to arrive. So i can process the return. Overall the customer service was good since they replied right away. Will definitely order again but i hope it can be more faster delivery
The process for returns and exchanges is quite confusing. Initially, the information suggested that all items needed to be returned for acceptance. However, it later stated that only items intended for exchange could be returned. Which guideline should be followed? As a result, I ended up not receiving the promised gift, leaving me with a bittersweet feeling. Additionally, the delivery time displayed under the items is misleading. It claims 3-15 days, but it took over 20 days in reality. More accurate information would be appreciated. The item I intended as a Christmas gift didn't arrive until January.

I want to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with the service. I placed an order on November 23rd for my teenage son as a Christmas gift. Despite sending two emails and messages about my order, I received no responses. It’s hard to believe that a delivery within Europe could take over a month. I only learned this morning that my order had finally arrived, but it’s too late for my son to receive it on Christmas Eve due to the company's delays. This has been my first and last order with you. Very disappointed! Wishing you a joyful holiday season despite this experience.
