I ordered sneakers on February 26. The website clearly said: “express delivery — 48 hours.” I paid — and then silence. No email, no SMS, not a word. A couple of days later I checked the tracker myself: delivery between February 26 and March 14–18. So not 48 hours — almost a month.
Not a single manager bothered to write: “Sorry, the model isn’t available, you can wait or get a refund.” They just took my money and stayed silent. When I contacted them myself, the reply was: “Order is being processed, refund is not possible.”
They lied about the timing, wasted my nerves, and destroyed my trust. You pay — and then sit there like an idiot waiting three weeks while you won’t even be in the country.
Zero human respect. As if the customer is garbage that can just be thrown aside.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from sneakerask.
