Review Time
I ordered sneakers on February 26. The website clearly said: “express delivery — 48 hours.” I paid — and then silence. No email, no SMS, not a word. A couple of days later I checked the tracker myself: delivery between February 26 and March 14–18. So not 48 hours — almost a month.
Not a single manager bothered to write: “Sorry, the model isn’t available, you can wait or get a refund.” They just took my money and stayed silent. When I contacted them myself, the reply was: “Order is being processed, refund is not possible.”
They lied about the timing, wasted my nerves, and destroyed my trust. You pay — and then sit there like an idiot waiting three weeks while you won’t even be in the country.
Zero human respect. As if the customer is garbage that can just be thrown aside.
I absolutely do not recommend buying from sneakerask.
I am writing a review for my order number: 113610
This is now my third order with SneakerAsk.nl and every single one has had serious problems. At this point it’s obvious this company systematically lies about shipping times and misleads customers.
Order #1: Essentials hoodie advertised as 48-hour shipping.
Reality: arrived after two- three weeks.
Order #2: Nike Matcha sneakers (€250).
Advertised as fast shipping, it was indeed shipped from Spain by a “partner” within 24 hours, then sat at a UPS access point for over a week without moving. That’s not premium service — that’s exactly what happens when a random individual ships a package in Vinted, except I paid retail-plus to a “professional” company. Also, after one week where the item was still sitting at the UPS access point, SneakerAsk sends an automatic emal asking “how was my product”. Really??
Despite two bad experiences, I stupidly gave them another chance.
Order #3 (Jan 21): the we arrive at the purchase in question, order #113610, the “Fear of God Essentials Seafoam Summer Set”, again advertised as 48-hour shipping.
Today is February 5 and the order still hasn’t even shipped.
Customer service somehow made this worse:
• First, somebody called “Marieke” ( I don’t know , might even be a bot!) tells me it’s actually standard delivery, not 48 hours!!
• I then send a screenshot PROVING their site clearly says 48-hour shipping!!! And I saw other reviews here, don’t try to convince people that we are stupid and that it was not actually a 48 hours shopping, because I shared the name of the set and everyone can see it’s a 48 hours shipping.
• Then another customer service agent called Lisa jumps in saying my order is part of a “batch arriving this week” and will ship soon. So which is it? Standard delivery? 48-hour delivery? Batch arrival?
So they openly contradict each other. No clarity. No accountability. Just excuses.
Let’s be very clear: If you don’t have an item in stock, you have no right to advertise 48-hour shipping. That is false advertising. End of story.
Delays happen. Or if you are honest and mention that shipping time might be longer because you are a resell and sell limited edition (even though essentials now is not part of that anymore), then people would understand. But repeatedly lying, changing explanations, and hiding behind vague “batches” is unprofessional and dishonest. I would be ASHAMED if I were the owner/founder.
Three orders. Three failures.
SneakerAsk does not respect its customers’ time or money. I will never order here again and I strongly recommend others avoid this company unless you enjoy waiting weeks for items that were promised in 48 hours.
