When I returned, the staff relied only on an authentication app to confirm the pair was genuine, without addressing the visible problem. I was then shown a return policy that was only in one language and told I would need to return another day to speak with a manager. As a foreigner, this felt especially frustrating and unhelpful. Eventually, after insisting several times, they agreed to an exchange, which required an additional payment and came without any apology or goodwill. I ended up exchanging for a jacket just to settle the matter. Overall, the customer service did not reflect the high standards expected from the store.
