I had a very frustrating experience at SneakersJoint Wrocław. After purchasing sneakers in store, I noticed inconsistencies between the two shoes. When I returned, the staff relied solely on an authentication app to say the pair was legit, without really addressing the visible issue.
I was then pointed to a return policy written only in Polish and told there was nothing they could do unless I came back another day to speak with a manager. As a foreigner, this felt especially disappointing and unhelpful.
Only after pushing multiple times did they agree to an exchange, which required me to pay extra and came with no apology or goodwill. I eventually exchanged for a jacket just to resolve the situation. Overall, the customer service did not match the premium image of the store.
