I bought trainers during the Black Friday sale. It took a while to ship, so I reached out and was informed of delays, which I understood. A week later, I found my order was canceled with no communication from them. I followed up via email and got vague comments about human error. Now I need to pay an extra £20/30 to get them elsewhere as they were a gift. I'm appalled by their customer service attitude, especially since I previously held them in high regard.
