took my money

I have reached out to the service multiple times, but my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. They advised me to contact the support team, but I haven't received a response! There's no way to speak to a person, which makes it easy for them to avoid accountability. Companies without a human call center seem to get away with taking our money!

What kind of business can’t pack properly?

I ordered some shoes, and it took over a week for them to confirm if they were actually available after payment. They packaged the item in a flimsy box, resulting in damage to the shoe box.

Unreasonable fees

When returning, they charge a $12 'handling' fee, which is over 10% of a typical shoe price. This fee is unrelated to shipping since I also cover my own return shipping. It's a scam; no other companies do this, so there's no reason to buy from here.

NEVER SENT!!

I ordered a top on the 3rd of December, received no updates, and haven't gotten it yet. I emailed to ask when it would be dispatched, and they said it was escalated and would be sent on Monday or Tuesday. Now it's the 15th, and I just got an email saying my order was canceled with no explanation! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Regret not reading the reviews

Ordered trainers on Black Friday…

I bought trainers during the Black Friday sale. It took a while to ship, so I reached out and was informed of delays, which I understood. A week later, I found my order was canceled with no communication from them. I followed up via email and got vague comments about human error. Now I need to pay an extra £20/30 to get them elsewhere as they were a gift. I'm appalled by their customer service attitude, especially since I previously held them in high regard.

Ordered shoes with 2-4 days delivery…

I ordered a pair of shoes with a delivery time of 2-4 days. After 5 days with no shipping confirmation, I reached out for an update. They replied politely but offered no apology, just stated it was busy and they would contact me when dispatched. After 5 working days, I decided to cancel the order. They did cancel it without any apology. Very poor service; I wouldn’t shop here again.
