I activated and paid the lab fee same day I took the test. Got an email saying my lab fee wasn’t paid. It was taken out of my bank account and processed next day. Got an email saying my sample arrived at the lab but needed to pay my lab fee. So I pay another one as I only took this test to do a gender reveal with my also pregnant friend. Figured I’d deal with the refund later. That was Friday. Saturday rolls around my friend gets her results we wait till 2pm I got nothing so I tell her to open hers without me. I’ve emailed 4 times since Friday. It’s now Tuesday I haven’t gotten an email back, refund or my results. I’m absolutely furious with the wasted money for this test and the lack of communication. It shouldn’t take this long to get back to customers.
