Avoid this service and its partners at all costs.

Avoid this service and any associated partners. I underwent a gender blood test at a location in the UK on December 12th, assured that I would receive results within 5-7 working days. It has now been 30 days, and I am still waiting for the results. My blood sample has yet to even reach the lab! Shockingly, no one from the service, the delivery company, or the testing facility can provide any updates. It's absurd that the tracking claims it was sent by 'priority express' shipping. Even if it eventually reaches the lab, the sample will likely be too old for accurate testing. After researching the testing facility and seeing the negative reviews, I wouldn't trust the results at this point. This experience has been incredibly frustrating; an emotional ordeal that no expectant person should face. For your own peace of mind, steer clear of this service.

Testing too early may lead to errors

I went for the sneak peek test at just 6 weeks pregnant and received results indicating a girl, which was exciting. However, my later NIPT results at 11 weeks revealed we are having another boy. While I believe these tests can work, I think testing at 6 weeks is too soon. I've learned that boy DNA might not show up until around 7 weeks, which can lead to inaccurate results. I advise waiting a little longer for better accuracy.

Testing too early leads to confusion

I went for the arm band sneak peek test at just 6 weeks pregnant and was thrilled to hear it was a girl, especially since we have three boys. However, my later NIPT results at 11 weeks indicated another boy. I believe these tests can be accurate, but 6 weeks feels too early. I've learned that boy DNA may not show up until around 7 weeks, which can result in misleading results if tested too soon. I recommend waiting a bit longer for more accurate outcomes.

Avoid this service!

Absolutely do not use this service! The support was terrible—no results, no replies, no emails, no phone contact, and no refunds offered.

Not worth the hassle

Don't waste your time; the speed of receiving the test kit is misleading. The results took much longer than advertised. There are other companies in the UK that offer similar services and are quicker.

Complete waste of time and money

While there are some positives, like quick delivery to the UK, the whole experience was frustrating. The only option available for the UK is the lancet, which seems illogical since the company claims the snap option reduces contamination risks. Although using the lancet is straightforward, drawing enough blood is tedious and painful, leaving your fingers sore after multiple pricks. I took great care to clean everything, yet I still received a false result. After dealing with multiple incorrect gender predictions, I find the service unreliable and a waste of emotional energy and finances. It might be better to consider a private gender scan instead.

Do not waste your money

This service is not worth it. I sent my sample over two weeks ago, and it still hasn't been delivered. The website falsely claims quick results, which has not been my experience. Avoid this provider.

Grateful for the excellent service

I'm extremely thankful for the service provided. Although it took a bit longer for the UK as samples are sent to California, I received my results in just 7 days, which isn’t long at all. The company communicated effectively and provided clear instructions. I received my results in a lovely video format, which I shared with my family. I'm expecting a girl and couldn't be happier with the information provided.

Save your money!

Save your money! I’ve been waiting two weeks for results. I tracked my sample, which arrived at the lab four days ago, but the company says it's still with customs. All excitement has faded, and I've requested a full refund. Communicating with them has been dreadful.

Terrible experience

This company is absolutely awful! I recommend getting a proper test done elsewhere. I ordered my test with a guarantee of delivery, but it arrived late. I had to prick all my fingers just to fill the container, which was painful. After sending it off, I was informed of inconclusive results, ruining a long-awaited gender reveal. Customer service was unhelpful, and I felt completely let down. I will not be using this service again.
