I got inconclusive results two times in a row. When I definitely did everything correct the second time. And instead of trying to make it right by sending a more affective test at no more cost they just refunded my money. It’s all good, i’m glad i got my money back for a test that doesn’t work but they could have tried harder to make a happy customer and didn’t. Will never recommend to anyone.
