This is my 4th child and we were eager to find out as soon as possible what the gender is. Sneak peak states that they are 99% accurate as early as 6 weeks. I took the snap test at 6 weeks and 2 days. I followed all of the instructions and made sure there was no male DNA contamination. I got my results the next day (as I paid for fast track) and they said I was having a girl. Fast forward to getting the NIPT done and we are definitely having a BOY. I truly believe that 6 weeks is just too early to accurately tell your gender. A lot of women don’t have enough fetal DNA floating around at that time. Clearly that is what happened with me. Save your money and get the NIPT testing done.
