This confusion persisted over weeks, during which I diligently followed up multiple times, only to be met with delayed responses and excuses.The customer care, led by JP apparently, claimed to be proactive in their communication, but in reality, it was anything but. It took multiple requests and significant effort on my part to finally get a response about my refund request. Even then, it was clear that they were more interested in defending their flawed processes than acknowledging their mistake and resolving the issue promptly.The lack of accountability and genuine care for customers' concerns is evident throughout my interactions. If you value your time and expect even a basic level of competence in customer service, I would strongly advise against using SneakPeek. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed and regretful of ever choosing their service.
