I would give more stars for the test itself, because I thought the instructions were clear and the steps were easy to follow. However, we ordered the fast track, which promises 1 day delivery both ways and same day results. We ordered on a Wednesday, and the test arrived two days later. We completed the test immediately and shipped it that same Friday. It didn’t arrive at the final location until Tuesday. We did receive our results that same night though. It came back BOY. We are waiting to have a 16 week scan in a few weeks and will update here whether or not it was correct.By far the most frustrating part of the whole process was the customer service. It was non-existent. I never received a confirmation email but wanted to be sure the order went through, as we didn’t receive the package the next day—as promised on the fast track schedule. I sent out multiple emails with no response, tried to start multiple chats with no response, scheduled a phone call (they have no number to call)…no one ever called. We ordered the fast track for a reason and were hoping to get the results on a certain day. Somewhat disappointing that the whole process took nearly a week instead of two days. But even more disappointing was the customer service, which was absolutely abominable.
