There's never enough soap that comes out. Soap falls off the prongs really easily. Above all, my skin hates the formula (It really makes my hands itchy and dry). I would rather just have a grubby old fashioned soap bar or use a liquid hand wash! Oh yeah, and both options I said I prefer would actually be much less environmentally wasteful. Because they actually work properly!
