I purchased a medium hoodie during a major sale. Upon arrival, I found it a bit short, but otherwise it was great. I inquired about exchanging it for a large, and they instructed me to return it for store credit so I could reorder. By the time they received the return, the sale had ended and the price returned to normal. The credit I received was insufficient to cover the new price, and they refused to honor the original sale price! I simply wanted to exchange for a larger size! I would never recommend this company. Their customer service is the worst I've encountered.
