I bought a hoodie for €65 plus shipping, only to be hit with an additional €35 in import fees in Portugal. I had to navigate the customs process on my own with no assistance, and after nearly 30 days, I still haven’t received the item. The platform doesn’t mention any extra costs, and when I reached out to customer support, their response was just, “Thanks for the feedback.”
I purchased a medium-sized hoodie during a holiday sale. When it arrived, I found it was a bit too short for my liking, but otherwise it was nice. I inquired about exchanging it for a large, and they instructed me to return it for store credit, after which I could reorder. Unfortunately, by the time they received the return, the sale had ended, and the price reverted to normal. The credit they issued was insufficient to cover the new price, and they refused to honor the original sale price! All I wanted was to exchange it for a larger size! I strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to their poor customer service.

This hoodie is wonderfully warm and waterproof, with zip pockets for my gloves. I wear it for dog walks in chilly, wet weather. I hadn't planned on ordering from afar, but I couldn’t find anything locally. It arrived quickly, and tracking was straightforward. Thank you for creating such a functional hoodie!

The time from order to delivery was over a month. Communication was poor, with automated replies to emails. It finally arrived today – I was surprised and thought I had been scammed! The sweatshirts are nice and have a baggy fit. I’m unsure if I’d wear them on the slopes, but they are suitable for casual wear.
