No reply and no returns. Offered to pay $100 to return an unused, unopened and untouched item but no reply. I can't imagine the margins on this kind of product. Looks fine but not worth the $379. Perhaps worth $100. Will not shop here again. I will avoid at all costs.I dug a little deeper and I found this product on alibaba for $110. It looks a lot like this one for $429So we feel a little ripped off.
