This business advertises products as “in stock” and “ready to ship”, yet weeks after placing my order I had still not received a dispatch notice. When I requested an update, they admitted to a backlog of 7–14 business days. I attempted to cancel my order because the delay rendered it useless—something I would never have purchased had I known upfront. Customers are entitled to receive goods within a reasonable timeframe, particularly when charged extra for “in stock” items and express shipping. My request for cancellation and refund was refused.Despite this, the company continues to list items as “in stock” and “ready to ship”, which in my experience does not reflect the actual delivery timeframe.I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and will also be raising this matter with other relevant regulatory bodies.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Snobodi. Consumers should look to businesses that are transparent, and reliable.
