Purchased a hoodie on the 8th November as there advertised for cold weather and rain and such. Paid for the faster shipping method. It's been 10 days almost and still hasn't been shipped. Complained to them and they said they had an "influx" of orders but haven't put this anywhere on their site. I wouldn't of ordered if I'd of known as I need it for my holiday on the 21st. Asked for a refund as it hasn't been shipped and they refused. Going to see if I can take it further but this company are a joke.
