I purchased a medium-sized hoodie during a holiday sale. When it arrived, I found it was a bit too short for my liking, but otherwise it was nice. I inquired about exchanging it for a large, and they instructed me to return it for store credit, after which I could reorder. Unfortunately, by the time they received the return, the sale had ended, and the price reverted to normal. The credit they issued was insufficient to cover the new price, and they refused to honor the original sale price! All I wanted was to exchange it for a larger size! I strongly advise against purchasing from this company due to their poor customer service.
