We’ve just been to our first consultation at Snoots, and even if I wrote an extensive essay, I wouldn't be able to fully do justice to how incredible the experience was.From the moment we walked in, we were met with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Dr. Hanna and Deisa were outstanding - so welcoming, gentle, and thorough. Nothing felt rushed, pushed or cold. We were given all the time, attention, and care we needed. My wife, I, and our furry boys left feeling not just looked after, but genuinely cared for.Since moving to the UK, we've been searching for a veterinary practice that truly feels right. Every single place we'd been to before had something that, at best, didn't quite sit right with us. But this time, we left with a sense of relief and trust that we hadn't felt before. Honestly, I got teary-eyed on the drive home thinking about how stressful vet visits have been in the past, and what a gift it is to have found a place like this.
