Dodgy company, took my payment but did not delivery the mattress. I chased them and they apologised and said they would investigate and come back to me.....they didn't. I then asked for a refund, which they promised to process and still haven’t. They respond very quickly to negative publicly visible reviews, feigning concern, but slowly to emails about the order. This shows they are trying to curate their public image, while not really genuinely caring about Customer Service.
