I would avoid buying from this company again. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company with such appalling customer service and support.I ordered bed linen ten days ago now. I’ve had nothing from them, and no notifications since the initial order.I appreciate mattresses and larger items can take longer to dispatch, but surely not bed linen?! That should just go with a regular courier.I’ve messaged them many times by email asking for an update or for themto just cancel and refund my order if they cannot deliver. I’ve used their online chat (which no one ever responds to online). There are no telephone numbers, which is suspicious in itself. It almost feels like a scam company.Save yourself hours of frustration waiting for a response and just don’t order from them.I will be interested to see if they respond to this review, as they don’t see to respond to any of the other messages I’ve sent. Very negative experience with this company, be warned.
