I was completely unaware that I had signed up for a subscription service; this was not made clear at all. I thought I was just ordering two pillowcases, which I paid for at the time. I've since realized I've been charged £20 a month for several months. I'm also very disappointed in the pillows; they haven't provided any benefits. Overall, this has become a very costly mistake. I do not recommend.
