Avoid this purchase! The quality is appalling! It certainly does not resemble silk, and the stitching appears unprofessional. I ended up donating them to charity. Additionally, we were tricked into a monthly membership fee that was difficult to cancel. Lastly, they assured us the pillowcases would arrive by Christmas, but they didn't show up until two weeks later!
Warning: This service seems legitimate, but they enroll you in a subscription without prior notification during the purchase process, charging £19.00 monthly! After numerous emails and messages asking to unsubscribe, I've blocked them from accessing my bank account, as they are known to change merchant IDs to continue charging. My bank confirms that many others have been affected by this scam. AVOID!
Complete scam. I never received one of the items, which was a Christmas gift. I've reached out multiple times with no reply. I'm also being charged $19 every two days for a membership I didn't know I signed up for. I've attempted to cancel the membership several times without success! I called the number and ended up with a dubious voicemail. I'm reporting this to my card provider.
I ordered silk pillowcases on 12/10. I received a notification stating it was packed and shipped on 12/14, but by 12/24, I still hadn't received anything. I emailed them, and they said my order would be in the next batch. Now it's 12/28, and I still have nothing except two $19 charges for a membership I never knew about! I'm frustrated, especially about the automatic membership sign-up with a pillowcase purchase. It's a dishonest company. Spend your money elsewhere.
They had a promotion that seemed too good to be true, but I soon discovered they secretly enroll you in a subscription for $19 a month. When I try to call, there's no answer; when I email, there's no response, and the chatbot on their site promises to connect me to a representative but never does. Stay away from this site. I've filed a chargeback for my items since there's no way to contact anyone regarding my order.

It's a fraudulent scheme! They sign you up for a membership without your consent (it's hidden in the fine print), then charge your card multiple times without delivering the products, which contradicts their own terms. I've already seen three charges on my card in the past two weeks and they have ignored my requests for a refund. Report them to your credit card provider! I hope they get shut down permanently.
