I’ve been testing Snov.io for cold email automation and overall, it's a solid platform. The interface is clean, campaigns are easy to set up, and deliverability features work well. Support has been responsive.However, there are critical limitations for automated workflows:1. No API/webhook access to see which contacts bounced or unsubscribed. For anyone running hands-off automation (connecting to CRM/databases via n8n or Zapier), this is a major compliance and deliverability gap. You cannot automatically clean your lists in real time.2. No webhook or reliable event tracking for email clicks. This prevents triggering follow-up actions (like review requests or lead scoring) based on prospect engagement, forcing manual monitoring.I’ve asked support and the product team about these, but was told they’re not a priority and there's no way to discuss them with the technical team. While I understand prioritizing popular features, basic webhooks for bounce/unsubscribe/click events seem essential for a platform in this space.
