I use these in the sauna, and they do an excellent job keeping the testicles cool. A few notes on how to get the best experience, you need to have multiple packs and you might need to size up. My sauna rotation is approx an hour in a 60-70 Celsius sauna. I will cycle the packs every 20 minutes which allows me to keep everything cool. Hope this helps!
