I use these in the sauna, and they do an excellent job keeping the testicles cool. A few notes on how to get the best experience, you need to have multiple packs and you might need to size up. My sauna rotation is approx an hour in a 60-70 Celsius sauna. I will cycle the packs every 20 minutes which allows me to keep everything cool. Hope this helps!
The three stars go for the concept. The cooling pads don’t cool enough or for as long as expected, and they get hot quickly. Sadly, the reason I bought them was to use them in the Sauna to protect my testicles from overheating, but it doesn’t help. Other than that, the pads are poorly designed in terms of size and shape, they don’t cover the whole area, and the materials are uncomfortable.
Extremely over priced for the quality (low), functionality (ice in underwear), and over value delivered. The underwear is as cheap as it gets lol. Order them and you will see what I mean. I’m embarrassed for this company or the dude that started it. The ice pack is poorly designed in very way and is so thin you can expect it to stay cold for about 10 minutes in a sauna if that at only 130degree F. The edges of the ice pack are extremely sharp and will scratch you skin. Overall, I highly regret this purchase. I will just find a small ice pack, stick that into a sock and then into my underwear for when I use the sauna. Please note I have used this product unbiasely and with baseline expectations for almost a month. Have used at least 30 times.
Overall, my experience with this product has been positive, spanning from the impressive packaging to the high-quality material of the underwear. However, a notable drawback is the sizing. Despite typically wearing small to medium-sized underwear, I ordered three packages in medium, only to find them uncomfortably tight. Unfortunately, wearing them resulted in discomfort and even some pain in my testicles due to excessive pressure, even without the ice pack. I'm giving it three stars primarily because, in my experience, every other medium-sized underwear I've purchased has either fit well or been slightly loose.
