The three stars go for the concept. The cooling pads don’t cool enough or for as long as expected, and they get hot quickly. Sadly, the reason I bought them was to use them in the Sauna to protect my testicles from overheating, but it doesn’t help. Other than that, the pads are poorly designed in terms of size and shape, they don’t cover the whole area, and the materials are uncomfortable.
