Communication with the customer is terrible. They butchered the address when passing it on to the delivery company and made me panic while contacting them a million times and never getting help or answers. My item finally arrived nearly a month later, not the fault of the seller here but everything else was...The physical shop experience might be totally different so, consider this an "online purchase" feedback
